Facilities

The Venture Inn Hotel offers quaint and affordable accommodation in an Old World hotel building. It is located near the centre of Port Shepstone and a mere 350 m from the main swimming beach with lifeguards and shark nets.

The hotel offers with 20 rooms, a conference centre and a superb à la carte restaurant seating 80 people. Our old English pub and ladies bar offers gaming and is a feature amongst locals and holidaymakers alike. A beautiful fresh water swimming pool is available for guests to freshen up after a hot day.

The resort overlooks the Indian Ocean and we have secure parking on the premises which is monitored 24-hours a day by a security company. The hotel is close to the country club, fishing, mountain biking, shark cage diving, scuba diving, snorkelling and all water sports. Permits are required for fishing and diving.

Beautiful location with gorgeous flowers and trees. Daily breakfasts are excellent and the staff is friendly. If You are on foot it's a bit of a hike to the gorgeous beach....good exercise! Rooms are spacious with all you need...not a new establishment, but everything works well.
