The luxurious holiday villa is situated on the canals with it’s elevated position affording breathtaking views of the canals and sea.

This villa consisting of five en-suite double bedrooms , open plan lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and radio.

The lounge invites you to come and relax with a book while the underfloor heating and fireplace keeps you warm during winter. There is an extensive, fully equipped kitchen and scullery with amenities like washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher , a double garage lots of parking space and includes a full security system.

Relax with a sun downer on the upper or lower 250 m² wooden decks, with a splash pool, overlooking the canals. Beach is walking distance from the villa. ( Domestic help available on request.)

The house is nice and spacious and has a lovely deck. But is in serious need of TLC in the whole house inside and outside. Electric wires are exposed and some plugs have no fittings. Kitchen needs a proper oven top so that all four top gas plates can work. Also requires a serious upgade of kitchen utensils, can opener,large spoons to dish up with, cereal bowls, salad bowls, sharp carving knives an a water jug that does not leak.
