Wish the stay was longer!

Our short stay at Valley Lodge was wonderful. Our needs were catered to, in spite of the request being made a month before our arrival. We had asked if we could check in earlier, as we were attending a wedding. Upon landing at the airport (around 08:00 am) I received a call saying we could check in any time. That was very considerate. The place is lovely and tranquil. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed eight nights. Made very welcome and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were all very pleasant and obliging. We can certainly recommend and, should we have the opportunity to return to Durban, we would be happy to stay there again.

We had a brilliiant time at Valley Lodge. Prior to our arrival we had a good interaction with the staff about our needs. On arrival our needs had been catered for. The place was quiet and provided time to relax. The staff was friendly and accessible at anytime. The place was safe and felt homely. I would recommend to friends and family at anytime.
