Next to the house a wooden walkway cuts through the bush down to the beach (150m).The House has a Japanese Feel to it with lots of dark wood and Glass. All doors fold back to allow the outdoors inside. In front of the house there is a koi pond with koi fish and in the back is a swimming pool. The wooden deck provides an uninterrupted view of the sea and beach.
Downstairs ,there is a well equipped and modern Kitchen with state of the art electrical appliances (including fridge with automatic ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven).
Next to the kitchen is the dining room which seats 8 people. Here the doors also fold back on one side to the pool (with a view of the sea) and on the other side to the koi pond.
The T.V lounge is well equipped with DVD player , Video recorder , Digital T.V., and a piped sound system that can be used throughout the house(and outside in the pool area). The doors from this room also open out wide to a part of the koi pond. Downstairs between the 2 lounges is a guest toilet. There is a larger lounge with Bar that opens out to the Veranda (facing the Indian Ocean) and one side that opens out to the pool .
The golf cart is in the garage and can be recharged here. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also in the garage for your use.
