A bit about this place

Tyger Suites may be booked as a one- or a two bedroom apartment (Rate to be adapted). In the case where it is booked as a one bedroom apartment, the other room will be locked. Both rooms adjoin a shared bathroom. The apartment is a corner unit (thus more quite) and right above the ground and first floor (thus 3 stories high). Luxury Double Room: Complete with one double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 bed lamps, underfloor heating, huge mirror and a hair dryer. There is a huge built-in wardrobe. The linen is all top quality (100% cotton percale satin stitch). Like the rest of the unit the bedroom has a warm and intimate character. Luxury Twin Room: Equiped with the same finishes than the other, but with the following differences: - Two single beds (can be converted into a double bed as well) - Smaller in size - A smaller wardrobe The lounge has only brand new furniture. It is equiped with a TV-cabinet, Satellite DSTV, DVD, huge 32” LCD flatscreen television, coffee table, 1 & 3 seater and an Ottoman. There are 2 wine racks and a small desk (with 2 shelfs) where guests can work on there laptop or scribble on a piece of paper. A free Internet connection is available for laptop with a network afdapter plug. There is a small walk-out balcony with a view accross the Tygervalley area. A small barbeque is located on the balcony. The bathroom contains a shower, bath, toilet, basin and a cabinet. High quality finishes were used to create an upmarket feel. The kitchen has an average size and it is well equiped. The kitchen contains all the necessary cutlery, crockery and appliances for 4 guests. It is an open plan kitchen and allows the “cheff” to comunicate easily with the other guests in the lounge. There is a new fridge, new washing machine and a new tumble dryer. There is one parking bay available in the basement (remote control access). There are also other public parking bays available outside the building but still inside the secure Waterfront Development. Guards patrol the area 24 hours a day.
