Description
Accommodation is in one of two suites attached to the main home, but private. Suite # 1 comprises a large twin bedroom and lounge area with a large full bathroom en suite. Mini Kitchenette with Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and Microwave. Suite # 2 comprises a large twin bedroom and lounge area with a sleeper couch. There is a separate bathroom, separate toilet and separate shower. Kitchenette with a wash-up, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, steam iron, board etc. Both suites have TV with access to M-Net & DVD Player. Electric blankets, and fans. This is a large home set on 3/4 of an acre in a park like garden with large oak trees and wonderful bird life.
The suburb of Lynnwood is ideally situated for easy access to the University of Pretoria, UNISA, CSIR, City, Menlyn, Brooklyn Mall and other shopping centres. Close to a variety of restaurants and easy access to the N1 North and South & N4. Security Controled Street with
24hr roving guard. Well travelled Hosts.
