Very nice a lot of great space. Kitchen could do with upgrade and addition to utensils..ie no grater..oven handle broken. Had builders upstairs renovating which made a huge noise with angle grinding and banging. Also very noisy of main road. Should put in double glazing to reduce noise. No internet connection should put in.

Description
This 4 bedroom holiday home (sleeping 9), a self-catering house is situated across the road from the sea. It offers 180 degrees sea views and is located 100 meters from the beach - St James Tidal pool. Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern facilities.
Twee Gevels (Two Gables) is situated halfway between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg and offers a spacious and luxurious home optimizing the uninterrupted sea views while being in close proximity of all tourist attractions False Bay (and Cape Town)area has to offer.

| The house has been designed with open-plan living in mind with lounge, dining room and kitchen all with sea views. Dining room seats 8 while lounge (with TV/DVD/entertainment centre)accommodates 10 with ease. An additional TV lounge with original fire place is provided.DSTV Facility available but bring own SIM CARD This rooms also has a sleeper couch for extra guests. A separate study nook available for those that cannot escape the office totally.PLEASE BRING OWN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION AS NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS PROVIDED. The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities including washer, drier and dishwasher. 4 Double bedrooms provide sleeping for 8 guests - all separate bathrooms - and a 9th person can use sleeper couch. Bedroom 1 (45 sq.m.) with queen size bed has sea views and en-suite to bathroom 1. Bedroom 2 with queen size bed and sliding doors to patio. En-suite to bathroom 2. Bedroom 3 - choice of 2 single or king size bed. Bedroom 4 - 2 single bed. This room is ideal for separate children play area or teenage pad. 2 additional bathrooms services bedroom 3 & 4. All bedrooms have build in cupboards, hairdryers, clock radios and is tastefully decorated to reflect colours of the sea. An automated double garage with parking for two cars is available |
