A bit about this place

Twenty Seven on First is a magnificent villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean located in a quiet cul-de-sac, which offers a quiet retreat where you can vacation in the utmost pampered style. Our individually decorated luxury en suite rooms have been designed with the holiday or corporate traveller in mind. Within walking distance of the famous Camps Bay beach, with its trendy restaurants, shops, world class theatre and side walk cafes. The Cable Car, V&A Waterfront and Clifton Beach are only minutes away – just to name a few. On the patio or in the dining area overlooking the ocean, you can enjoy a Health or Full English Breakfast. In the evening we welcome you to a sundowner on the large sun terrace/pool deck where you can relax with a cocktail watching the magnificent sunsets Cape Town is so famous for. You may even see a whale or two frolicking in the ocean. On request, your hosts Nannette and Fred will arrange day trips to Robben Island, the Winelands, the famous Botanical Gardens of Kirstenbosch, excursions up Table Mountain, chartering of yachts for sunset cruises etc. Or perhaps you just need a quiet retreat to get away from it all and laze around the pool and be served a light lunch – or enjoy the quietness of the beautiful garden with its harmonious water features.
