There is a fireplace and air-conditioning in the main bedroom and all rooms are furnished in a cool, minimalist style using neutral tones. There is also a large balcony which two of the bedrooms flow out onto, where guests can relax and take a breather while watching the exquisite sea views. The third bedroom opens onto the pool area. Features include a living area with a beautiful Venetian found and frescoed stairwell, a dining room table seating 10 people comfortably, and a wine cellar stocked with South Africa’s finest wines.

This holiday villa is perfect for entertainers, and the ultra-modern kitchen is open-plan with the living room, although can be closed off completely if preferred. Enjoy watching a movie in the home movie theatre with surround-sound or dive into the swimming pool at the secluded pool area which is conveniently located close to the gym.

Tuscan Luxury is under the supervision of a service manager and domestic cleaning service is provided, with catering for functions or dinners available on request. The villa also boasts secure off-street parking and top security guests' peace of mind.
