Tsessebe Guest House is a newly built, stylish bed and breakfast with an excellent view on the N1 highway. The guest house is situated in Langenhoven Park, a quiet and secure suburb in Bloemfontein.

At Tsessebe Guest House our goal is to provide friendly, courteous and truly South African hospitality; our guests are our first priority. With eight comfortable and spacious rooms and a self-catering flat situated within walking distance from shopping centres and restaurants, Tsessebe will allow you to experience the safe and tranquil Free State at its best.

Derick and Daleen Neethling will make you feel at home from the minute you arrive. With many attractions nearby, any visitor will have something to do during their stay. Guests can dine at the many restaurants in the area, visit the Anglo-Boer War Museum, or take a walk in the Free State Botanical Gardens. For the more adventurous, there are hiking and horse trails in the area.

We had a great stay at Tsessebe. the room was beautiful. It was peaceful and we got good hospitality. Out of 5 I would rate it 4.

All very new, spick and span with easy access but feel they could do with double glazing on the windows. Situated very close to the highway so traffic noise.

Relatively new, clean and very modern. Breakfast was really good. On our trip back to Cape Town Daleen was kind enough to make us sandwiches and tea and coffee for the road as we had a very early start. Very tasty. My only complaint has to be that on both occasions, even though they knew we were coming, the fridges in the rooms had not been switched on, so we had to request ice for our drinks (only black spot). Will definitely use them again though.
