The Tsanana Log Cabins are perched above the trees and they overlook miles of forest from private patios. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the lush surroundings where the song of birds replace the noise of traffic.

Each Cabin is tastefully furnished with a touch-of-Africa décor and fully equipped for self-catering. We cater for groups of two to 11 people. Two of the Cabins are attached and can be booked as a family unit. All of the Cabins offer air-conditioners and spa baths. They each have a private barbecue area, but there is also a communal boma, lapa, swimming pool, trampoline and pool table. On request, a large campfire will be prepared for long nights at the boma.

An unusual guided tour on the silk farm and a stroll through the showroom will add to your total experience. Set among the mulberry trees of the silk farm, is "The Deck" where you can relax and enjoy breakfast and light meals.

We are set in the picturesque Mpumalanga Province, 23 km outside of Graskop. The setting is idyllic and it is close to the Kruger National Park, as well as being surrounded by a variety of awe-inspiring waterfalls. Revitalize your soul and spirit, leave the city life behind and escape to the tranquil and natural beauty found at Tsanana Log Cabins.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Tsanana Log Cabins. The views from our cabin were breathtaking and the jacuzzi was a big plus. The silk tour was quite interesting and the farm is very beautiful.The staff were very accommodating.We were quite sad to leave and hope to visit again soon.

We had our reservation upgraded upon arrival which I think was exceptional of the owners. The room was elegantly decorated and everything was way above standard. It was a brilliant location for our Panorama Route trip. Great facilities and friendly service all round.

We received an unexpected upgrade from the log cabins to the luxury apartments, which were spacious and well furnished. The views from the cabins were more open. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The farm itself is incredibly pretty. A lot of thought has gone into how to make this working silk farm an interesting place for guests, with plenty of things to do including a 3 km trail and a guided tour of the farm which we'd recommend as a way of understanding the farm. Being at the bottom of Kowyn's Pass it is well situated for touring the highland areas but Tsanana itself has a more lowland climate.

Family or Good Friends Cabin

We have combined two log cabins to cater for larger groups. It is fully equipped for self-catering. Each unit is fitted with a fridge, stove and microwave oven. A magnificent Jacuzzi or spa bath is nestled in the bush and creates the illusion of being part of nature itself.

               Sleeps 14 people, max 10 adults.
