Tram Village Guest House and Conference Center offers a wide variety of affordable accommodation and conference options. From single and double rooms to a two-bedroom cottage sleeping five to seven people plus a two-bedroom duplex apartment. Our rooms are all en-suite with double, queen or king size beds, air-conditioning, heaters, TV, bar fridge. Self-catering options are available.

Our fully equipped conference facilities can accommodate from 5 to 120 people classroom, cinema or U-shaped style and we accept full and half day bookings. Catering is included. Halaal, kosher and vegetarian meals are provided on request. Comfortably stay on the premises during your conference.

Long-term accommodation and group bookings of up to 30 people double occupancy, can be accommodated, and we especially welcome members of the diplomatic corps. Most embassies and high commissions are located nearby. Security is of utmost importance to us.

We are centrally located in the sought after Brooklyn suburb, with easy access to no less than 30 restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, cinemas, a gymnasium, bird sanctuary, jogging area and much more. No charges for children under 3 years old and from 3 to 12 years pay only 50% of the rate.

The cottage is on our secure premises and perfect for families and clients who prefer privacy. Rooms vary in size optimizing the possibility of long-term stays. It comprises two en-suite bedrooms, a lounge with sleeper couch, and an integrated dining area. Fully equipped kitchenette allows for self-catering, tea and coffee making facilities, DStv television, air-conditioning, heater, workstation, no smoking in rooms, cleaning and laundry services included. Breakfast is on request R75 per person and children pay half price.
