Great hotel!

We had a wonderful stay in this 4 Star graded hotel. Our room was comfortable and luxurious with a large en-suite bathroom and great view of the mountain. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is very central and it's only a short walk to Long Street with it's variety of pubs and restaurants, and there is also undercover secure parking available next door to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay it is a nice hotel, good value for money and the staff are very friendly. We had one or two problems with air conditioning and hot water supply but the staff were obviously doing their best so we did not complain.
