Topaz Cove Luxury Villas are ideally situated in Emerald Estate, in the newly established Greenstone Hill area. Sandton and Midrand are within 15 km of the estate and there is easy access to OR Tambo Airport within a 9 km radius of the villas.

We have nine upmarket Corporate Houses and two Family Corporate Houses in the secure, well-established, tranquil Emerald Estate. We specialize in corporate leasing, short term or long term. Our Corporate Houses have superior finishes and furnishings.

The nine Corporate Houses each have four bedrooms and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double extra-length bed. The Family Corporate Houses each have four bedrooms and a study. Each main bedroom of the Family Corporate Houses has an en-suite bathroom and a double extra-length bed. There is also a family bathroom in each house.

Each of the bedrooms in the Corporate Houses have a flat screen TV and are DStv enabled. They also each have a keypad code safe, large enough to hold a laptop. All of the bedrooms in each of the houses have writing desks and comfortable chairs, as well as desk lamps.

Each house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge with DStv. There is air-conditioning and underfloor heating in the living area of every Corporate House. All of the houses have state-of-the-art alarm systems. There is an automated garage door with ample parking and a furnished patio and spacious landscaped garden for relaxation and entertainment for each house. There is Wi-Fi with high speed, high bandwidth connectivity throughout the houses.
