Tinkerbell is situated in Rouxville on the N6 between Aliwal North and Smithfield, bordering the Free State, Eastern Cape and Lesotho, an ideal stopover for many routes or just to take a break and get acquainted with a town from a bygone era.

Chill out and enjoy sitting on the stoep, view starry skys and awesome sunsets.

Rouxville is the southernmost town in the Free State - on the Maluti Route - close to the Lesotho Mountains.

...The area also offers a variety of activities and interests...

To mention a few - game reserve, 4x4 routes, cheese farms, local art, mineral baths, hiking and bushman paintings.

This lovely Victorian home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one en-suite.
The bedrooms all have double beds with day beds in the study and lounge.
The spacious lounge has wonderful high ceilings that keep you cool in summer and a cozy fireplace to keep out the winter chills.

Your self-catering home 'Tinkerbell' comes fully equipped (including linen and towels), ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

We were pleasantly surprised at the homeliness of this place. The kids enjoyed the games room, there is plenty of space, great rooms and a really nice atmosphere.

Beautiful old farmhouse, well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras such as cozy blankets and hot water bottles, lots of firewood and special treats! Great place to stop for the night after a long drive from the Garden Route. Relaxing, quiet and comfortable, thank you!

Ons het heerlik gekuier en ons verstom aan die oudhede wat daar is. Die huis is gerieflik met alles wat nodig is. Dit is netjies en skoon. Dit was puik. We had a great visit and were taken aback by all the antiques. The house is comfortable with everything you'll need. It was neat and clean. Excellent.

Tinkerbell was such a lovely stop on our way to Joburg. We arrived with dinner awaiting and smelling good, such a homely touch! The house has an olden-day feel with just the right amount of modern touches to make everyone feel comfortable. It was a wonderful evening spent in Rouxville.
