Tingala Lodge

Tingala Lodge is ideally situated just north of Phalaborwa, adjacent to the magnificent Kruger National Park and calls part of the Tingala private conservancy home. Offering a combination of luxurious accommodation and warm South African hospitality in an undisturbed wild African bush veld where you can zone out to the sweet-sounds of nature and regenerate your soul.

The five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms all open-out onto deeply shadowed verandas, where you can relax and watch elephants, warthogs and zebra come to quench their thirst at the three waterholes, a mere stone’s throw away. Beds are king-size or available as two singles depending on guest requirements.

Our meals are part of your bush experience because great dining is not just what you eat, it’s also about where you eat. Breakfast is served on the shady veranda where you can look out into the surrounding bush veld, while dinners are enjoyed sitting around a log fire under a canopy of stars. Picnic lunches in the bush are offered on our full-day safari game drives and there is nothing that can beat a sun downer in the bush on an afternoon safari.

The lodge comprises of a reception, dining and sitting area, free Wi-Fi, television, DVD player, books, three-large verandas overlooking waterholes and views across the Kruger National Park and a sparkling-blue swimming pool.
