Thorn Steps is a beautifully simple and rustic retreat run by caring people who show concern for your comfort while respecting your privacy. The lodgings are very simple but with a few nice touches; like the separate sink and a yummy electric blanket. Peaceful surroundings, bunnies on your doorstep and a warthog or two to mow the lawn. What more could you ask for?

I really enjoy my stay at Thorn Steps. Every thing was in place, clean and neat. Maria went out of her way to make my stay there as comfortable as possible.

Very friendly host and hostess. Very homely atmosphere and relaxing place. I will definitely recommend them to others and make use of it again in the future.
Baie vriendelike gasheer en gasvrou. Baie tuis gevoel atmosfeer was rustig en die plekkie was baie netjies en skoon. Ek sal dit beslis aanbeveel vir voornemende gaste. Ek gaan beslis weer van hul dienste gebruik maak.
