Thekwane Lodge is a typical game lodge situated inside the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve. The lodge overlooks a waterhole and game often visits the waterhole or wanders around outside the electric fence. The Dinokeng Game Reserve currently hosts four of the Big 5 roaming the reserve freely. Buffalo will be introduced shortly.

Thekwane Lodge can accommodate up to twelve guests. Thekwane Lodge consists of two Family suite and two en-suite rooms. The Family suite each contains a double bed and two single beds, as well as a full bathroom. No catering facilities but staff set and clear the tables in dining area. Menu, braai and potjie facilities are available. The two rooms contain a king-size bed each and an en-suite bathroom with shower sharing a field kitchen for self-catering.

Slegste verjaarsdag ooit. Indien jy die hele naweek op een plek wil sit, is dit die ideale plek om te bly. Die gasvryheid van personeel maak nie op vir die stort se handvatsel wat gebreek is nie, die stort gordyne wat stukkend is nie en die verbleikte duvet covers. Daar is nie plek om te loop nie en jy sit letterlik in 'n omheinde kamp. Sal definitief nie weer terug gaan nie.

What a great place to stay for some wonderfull rest and relaxation in a first class location. We had the two Chalets adjoining for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children.Great accomodation spotlessly clean and so well equiped. Thanks Fannie and Nosmsafor making our stay memorable. Would highly recommend to all.

We enjoyed a awesome stay in the main unit at Thekwane Lodge. The lodge is very well situated with views over the dam and bushveld. It had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay and we will be back soon.
