Situated in an exclusive area of Stellenbosch and less than five minutes from the city centre, The Stables Lodge offers panoramic views overlooking the mountains. The guest house is ideally located to explore the famous Winelands as well as many other excursions and day trips. A mix of Italian and African styles make this an affordable stay to be repeated.

Accommodation is provided in six comfortable en-suite rooms, each with air-conditioning, heating and coffee and tea facilities. One of the units has self-catering facilities. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax in the quiet and welcoming garden with a lovely swimming pool. Other features include secure parking, a spacious communal area, an honesty bar with cool drinks and snacks, and Internet access.

Fantastic hospitality received from Federico and Ilaria at the lodge. Attention to detail was given in the chalets/rooms with all the comforts of home. Staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts excellent. Will definitely stay again when i come to Stellenbosch.

We really enjoyed our stay in the 'Stables Lodge'. Beautyfull decorated and furnished. Delicious breakfast with a wonderfull view. The hosts were very friendly and gave us excellent hints for dinner in Cape Town. So we had two indescribable evenings at 'Madam Zingara' and 'Africa Cafe' in Cape Town, which we would not have had without it. Thank you very much for that, Alex.
