The Shack

Situated on a farm just a short drive from Ceres, guests will find a lovely cottage called The Shack, which offers a group or a family of four a comfortable stay in two bedrooms furnished with a double or twin single beds.

The rooms share bathroom facilities consisting of a bath and shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table in the open-plan lounge. The lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a fireplace that can also be used as a braai.

Ceres extends into the Karoo, where game farms and bird watching are popular amongst visitors. The Dwars River flows through the town and offers fishermen ample trout fishing opportunities and various hiking and walking trails while in winter, snow on the higher mountains turns Ceres into wonderland.
