The Astacus Suite is in a half moon shape and makes for a very interesting apartment. The theme is African and the suite is decorated very clean cut. Simplicity. This suite has a small work desk in its open plan living room along with a comfy two seater couch, colour television and stereo with CD. It also has a DVD player and we have a small DVD collection available in reception. It also has a small kitchenette unit which has a small sink, fridge and coffee/tea facilities, toaster and microwave. The suite however is not self catering as there is no stove. The living room has sliding doors for easy exit to the outside and a front door which enters into the hallway of the Roundhouse Guesthouse. This suite has a separate bedroom. The beds can be split into two very comfortable single beds otherwise a very comfortable King size bed. All lights are on dimmer switches so that you can set the mood. The bathroom is completely separate and is the best feature of the room. A huge corner bath in a luxury bathroom awaits you in this suite. Toiletries such as body lotion, liquid soap, bubble bath, shampoo and a hair dryer are supplied. It also has a big double shower and all the other necessities.

The Carcharias Suite is our biggest and most luxurious suite. This suite has been decorated with 5 Star luxury and African feel in mind. The lounge boasts a large plasma screen television with DVD and surround sound for your personal entertainment and relaxation. The screen can swivel 180 degrees so that you can watch television from the lounge as well as main bedroom and bathroom. The swivel TV design is a completely unique special design touch that you will only experience at The Roundhouse. The lounge has comfortable seating for 4 persons with great sea views over the bay. The kitchenette unit in the lounge has a mini bar fridge, prep bowl, microwave, coffee and tea facilities as well as a full set of cutlery and crockery, bread board and toaster. Once again this is designed for comfort of the guests and is not a Kitchen for self catering as this would also have an oven. Bedroom 1. To the right of the lounge you will find the main bedroom and on-suite bathroom. You can watch your plasma screen television from your bedroom as well as your bathroom. The bedroom is large with beds that can be split into two very comfortable single beds otherwise a very large comfortable King size bed. The suite also has a small walk-in cupboard that includes a vanity area with large mirror, counter top and stool. The carpeted floor creates warmth and comfort whilst the fine detail such as gravel textured paint on the walls contrasting with and Shell stone cladding truly creates a unique and quality African feel. The bedroom and living room lights work with dimmer switches so that you can set the mood. The main bedroom’s on-suite bathroom includes a jet spa bath and stone clad sandstone and granite shower. The bathrooms décor is solid natural stone along with smooth features to create an extremely luxurious African feel. Toiletries such as body lotion, liquid soap, bubble bath, shampoo and a hair dryer are supplied. The bathroom is spacious and ample towels are supplied. Bedroom 2. To the left of the lounge you will find the second bedroom with on-suite bathroom. If you lock this door to the lounge you will have complete privacy with your own amenities should you wish to have some space from you travel partners. The room also has another door for separate access to the main house. Here you will find a television and DVD player, two chairs for your comfort as well as its own coffee and tea facilities. The beds can be split into two very comfortable single beds otherwise a very comfortable King size bed.

Appropriate toys according to the child’s age will be left in the suite for your child’s enjoyment. Cutlery and crockery for kids are supplied so you don’t need to worry about any accidental breakages. It also has a small kitchenette unit which has a small sink, fridge and coffee/tea facilities, toaster and microwave. The suite however is not self catering as there is no stove. The living room has sliding doors for easy exit to the outside and a front door which enters into the hallway of the Guesthouse. The suites have a separate bedroom with on suite bathroom. The Sunfish Cottage X 1

This is a separate stand alone self-catering house across the road from The Roundhouse. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge with a fenced in garden, ideal for young children. Breakfast is not included but can be arranged at The Roundhouse B & B at an additional R60-00 per adult and R30 per child (under 12). Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as king sized beds or twin and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. The cottage has a TV with DSTV, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor braai's and two bathrooms. This is the perfect accommodation option for families or a group of friends visiting the area and visitors who want to stay for long durations. The cottage as you can see does not have many steps so those who are a little reserved about the thought of the stairs in the main guesthouse may find the cottage the ideal choice for your stay. Guests of the Sunfish Cottage also will have free access to the Roundhouse Wi-Fi.
