The house is situated approximately 100 meters from the mountains, with beautiful mountain views and hiking trails. It is also approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach. The well known secure Voëlkip beach is approximately 3 minutes drive from the house. Hermanus Golf course is within walking distance from the house and the well known Arabella Golf course is situated in the neigbouring town of Kleinmond.
