The Golf House @ No.7 is located on the back line of the estate away from the hustle and bustle of holidaymakers. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac road, it has stunning views of the estuary and ocean.

All three bedrooms are on the upper level of the villa and the master room has a king-size bed, stunning views of the estuary and ocean. The two other rooms have two twin beds; one room has a view of the estuary and ocean. Three separate lounges, main TV lounge with surround sound, DVD and full bouquet DStv. A small reading lounge is adjacent to the open plan kitchen/dining room and an al fresco lounge is situated on the front verandah. The games room is equipped with a Ping-Pong table and a dartboard, a braai area is adjacent. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwashing machine, microwave, coffee machine and blender. Two garages and two open parking bays. You can choose either catered or self-catering.
