Surrounded by spectacular views and unspoilt indigenous forest, The Edge Mountain Retreat has characterful self-catering cottages and B&B Garden Rooms in 20 acres of beautiful gardens. Some of the cottages are perched on the edge of the cliff.

Enjoy these lovely self-catering units, each equipped for a comfortable and memorable stay. The options comprise beautiful cottages and thatched rondavels fitted with comfortable beds, charming furniture and inviting fireplaces. Some units come with gorgeous views of the mountains. For those who will be staying for only a short period, the B&B rooms are an ideal accommodation choice. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and includes tea and coffee-making facilities and an assortment of complimentary snacks and refreshments.

We offer an inviting pub and restaurant where guests can experience superb food made with mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients, with good wines to match. Feast on scrumptious breakfasts, light lunches and delicious dinners which are not to be missed. Don't forget to experience walking the acclaimed labyrinth during your stay which is located on the edge of the mountain.

We stayed in the Edge self catering ronadavel which sleeps 2 in a king size. The view was spectacular, the rondavel immaculately clean and the location wonderfully secluded, even though they have a number of cottages in the area, not once did we feel like we had any neighbours. The perfect romantic getaway.
