Relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches and year round warm weather of South Africa’s playground Durban.

The Dancing Dolphin has three fully furnished bedrooms as well as a lounge, open-plan kitchen, dining room, two fridges, sea views, open balcony, from bedroom and lounge. There is a TV and DVD, a large swimming pool, lapa/braai area. The ideal location for families and small pets welcome.

Accommodation can be on either a self-catering or a B and B basis. Lunch can be served on request. Discounts are available for long stays or big groups, up to seven persons.

Absolutely Stunning!

We were just looking for a place to crash during the FIFA soccer world cup whilst staying in Durbs - the Dancing Dolphin was more than just a place to crash, it was absolutely stunning! The views were magnificent, all the rooms were comfortable and the decor was quaint and refreshing, all the amenities were wonderfully well organised, the social interaction with our hosts was a highlight. I stayed with Renata for 2 weeks while working in Durban. My husband and daughter stayed with me after one week. Renata is a very nice and helpful lady that tries to make it a perfect stay. Children are very welcome - the pool area is wonderful for little ones and breakfast there let one see the most beautiful sunrises.The house is very well kept, there is plenty of space and everything one needs - even more...a real home from home. Renate made us feel really at home. The pool and Braii area is fantastic and the views are spectacular. The pool is kept extremely clean and really is the focal point of the property. Inside the property is basic but clean and has a "beach house" feel about it, able to sleep with the windows open and listen to the Indian Ocean, absolutely fantastic. Close to good amenities for food shopping but you do need a car. Also close to all the motorway networks, Airport only ten minutes, Durban ... more

Me and my family stayed at the dancing dolphin and was welcomed by the hostess and made to feel very at home and at that time that was what i needed. The accommodation was very clean and well kept and an offer was made to us by the hostess to show us around and it was appreciated.
