Wonderful old building with comfortable rooms and great food. Glad to see the old boys are getting into the twenty first century except that as a woman traveler I and still banned from the bar. Why still discriminate on gender?

Full of history, comfortable beds, excellent food (dinner and breakfast), interesting memorabilia, secure parking and a great location. Highly recommended.
Bulawayo Club - a bit like staying in a museum!

Well ... I enjoyed this place! Yes it is a bit old fashioned (but then so am I) and there are a few old reminders of Rhodesians which are not so great, including a few of the club members! But the hotel was really nice, not all mod cons but made up for that with really interesting rooms, and hotel, good food, and really great staff. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to others (I'm just about to do that as it happens)

I can only say that it is the best B&B I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The history of the club is fantastic and it comes out with the architecture, the furniture and the pictures. A really nostalgic trip back into the past and a gentle way of living, The service was superb and the food fantastic. It highly recommend it to anyone staying in Bulawayo. It is a must.
