Description
The Bloemhof Guest House & Restaurant is a stately Victorian mansion ideally situated near the main routes to Cape Town, Paarl and Somerset West. Located in the centre Bellville and framed by majestic oak trees, the guest house offers accommodation in four spacious en-suite rooms.
All rooms are equipped with a TV with bouquet DStv and tea and coffee-making facilities, with one room also equipped for self-catering. Guests also have access to the balcony that overlooks the landscaped gardens and Table Mountain. A laundry facility is available for guests' convenience and lunch and dinner is available upon request. The tranquil grounds feature a beautiful waterfall and the pond is a bird watcher’s paradise. On-site parking as well as airport collections are also available.
In addition, the guest house offers the ideal setting for business conferences and weddings. A maximum of 45 people can be accommodated inside the restaurant and 100 people for a function in the garden. Full or half day conferencing facilities are available and a projector and screen, flip charts and consumables for course attendees are available. The restaurant caters for all functions and guests, with bookings essential for those who wish to pop along for breakfast or lunch.
The Bloemhof Guest House & Restaurant is situated only 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, Bloubergstrand and Stellenbosch, the heart of the Boland Winelands. Tygervalley Shopping Centre is within walking distance and offers various restaurants, shops and a cinema, while the Cape Town International Airport is only a short drive away.
