The Beach House is situated a mere 100 m from Queensberry Bay Beach, nestled behind the dunes and coastal forest reserve. The Beach House offers its residents an extremely sheltered and private outlook into the bush where duiker, bushbuck, bird life and rabbits roam free.

Enjoy sundowners on the estate's private deck overlooking the renowned Queensberry Bay Beach or enjoy balmy summer evening braais in our indoor braai area which opens onto a deck via stack-away doors. The open-plan design allows for relaxed beachside living.

The house can sleep eight people in four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the other two each have two single beds. The house also has a fully fitted kitchen and an indoor braai area leading onto an outdoor dining area.

The house is perfect for the whole family with a sandpit, a trampoline, a port-a-pool and large open grounds for the kids. Baby equipment is also available on request. The Beach House is in a secure, gated estate with direct beach access via a boardwalk and wooden deck. The beach is safe for surfing, swimming and diving.

The Beach House is located 10 km from a shopping centre with a supermarket, a doctor, a pharmacy, a DVD shop, a fully equipped gym, restaurants and a petrol station.

What a wonderful holiday home! Great open living areas with a separate playroom for kids, and a huge grass area for outdoor activities. It is close to the beach - I'd recommend the beach closest to the lagoon. Thanks for making our holiday great!
