The Beach House offers wonderful sea views and a real sense of exclusivity and elegance, combined with the calmness and relaxed atmosphere of West Coast living. Miles of unspoilt safe beaches and the shallow bay teeming with Southern Right and Humpback whales and resident pods of the rare Heaviside dolphin all combine to make Britannia Bay a very special destination.
The Beach House is perfectly located in the centre of the magnificent Brittania Bay, on the Golden Mile. The house has a kitchen and a lounge and there are three double rooms; two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The house has its own splash pool and a private boardwalk onto the beach.
From the house there are views of the Britannia Reef and the North Blinder. Small fishing vessels are regularly seen on their way to and from the harbour at St Helena Bay. A safe launching site for small craft and the tranquil waters of the bay makes Britannia Bay ideal for water sport enthusiasts. Seal Island is a mere 10 minutes away by small boat; the perfect fishing, diving and crayfishing spot.
