We had an excellent time at Tembe, the two Rangers, Willie and Nkosi had a comprehensive knowledge of the flora and fauna and made each game drive varied from the previous one as they explained all facets of the Park, they also both showed an excellent sense of humour with their explanations. The Manager Tom also went the extra mile helping me out with a vehicle problem. All the staff we had contact with were always bright and cheerful. We would certainly recommend both local and overseas visitors to make sure Tembe is on their places to visit list.

Really enjoyed the tented accommodation.  Staff were very friendly and hospitable.  Our guide, Carlos, was exceptional.  Didn't see very much game unfortunately, so it was just as well we were all interested in birds.

We have had the most amazing weekend at Tembe Elephant Park. Such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were amazing. Very attentive. Accommodation was wonderful and the spa treatment was just the best. Vusi was an amazing guide around the park. Saw 4 out of the big five. Just simply amazing.

Tembe is an outstanding bush experience. From the welcome reception, to the great food and accommodation, it's a fantastic place to enjoy the great wildlife South Africa has to offer. The game viewing was superb - the drivers and trackers are so in tune with their environment, they make the whole experience even more amazing. Thank you Kulu and Nkozi for your dedication to the wildlife at Tembe Elephant Park!

What a great place if you're looking for a real African lodge experience! The staff makes Tembe such a pleasant experience! They are so helpful, friendly and incredibly pleasant all the time. Nothing is too much and they even made me a chocolate birthday cake for my birthday followed by a traditional happy birthday song and wishes! Made me feel very special! The drums beating under the stars, around a big African fire was like listening to Africa's heart beating and the zulu dancers the blood running through her veins! amazing performance! We were mesmerised! What a fabulous birthday weekend!...
