Description

Tanamera Lodge is nestled on the slopes of the Sabie River Valley, offering luxurious accommodation and breathtaking Lowveld scenery. Being centrally located, you are able to explore the Lowveld Panorama, including sights such as God's Window and Pilgrim's Rest. With the opening of the Kruger National Park Phabeni Gate, it is a short 30-minute drive into this world-renowned Big 5 reserve.

The main lodge area is tastefully decorated and it is made up of a dining, lounge and comfortable bar area. Wooden doors open onto our main deck with a stone rim-flow pool and exceptional views over the cascading Sabie River Valley. Meals can be served in our main lodge area, or privately in your Chalet or on your deck. Rates include dinner, bed and breakfast.

Our five magnificent Chalets are fully serviced and offer king-size beds with mosquito nets, stone baths, waterfall showers, fireplaces, plunge pools and open-door showers on private decks. Each Chalet is secluded, private and surrounded by the unspoilt indigenous bush. It is perfect for romantic getaways.

Wellness & Spa: We offer spa treatments in the privacy of your own Chalet. The most popular is the couple's massage for your romantic getaway.

Honeymoon Romance: All our Chalets have their own private decks and three have their own plunge pools.

The room was lovely with beautiful finishings, a huge tub perfect for two with views from the bathroom, and a big comfortable bed with old school netting created a romantic feel. The views of the Sabie river and forests rolling into the distance were spectacular. We experienced great service from the staff and their friendly attitudes made us feel like royalty.
