A must do for 1 time only,21 July 2008
Very nice stay for a one time only. Wouldn't bother with a B&B again. Leave too early for Kruger to enjoy a hot breakfast. Wood stove in chalet not functional due to not having been inspected. Would enjoy more in summer to take advantage of en suite pool.
Very slippery floors, be careful!

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay at the luxurious Tanamera. The best part of our stay was that our scrumptious meals were served in the privacy of our room each morning and night - a true benefit for those wanting/needing to recharge their batteries. Thank you Michelle and Ian and the staff of Tanamera. You will be highly recommended to all.

Being centrally located, you are able to explore the Lowveld Panorama including sights such as God's Window and Pilgrim's Rest. With the opening of the Kruger National Park-Phabeni Gate, it is a short 30 minute drive into this world-renowned Big Five reserve.
The main lodge area is tastefully decorated, and is made up of a dining, lounge and comfortable bar area. A self-catering unit, sleeping up to 10 people, offers five double bedrooms (four of which are en-suite), as well as a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge with fireplace, balcony, patio and braai with private pool. The unit & lapa area offer a perfect option for family holidays, corporate groups or small weddings. Meals can be arranged on request, and served in your unit. Children welcome.
