Sunset Villa

The accommodation was very good although the mattresses could do with a bit of softening up and the kitchen equipped with a bit more of everyday useful items, ie, sharp knives, masher, bread boards etc. Overall however, the views from the Villa are stunning and we had a really nice time and wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

Absolutely looooved it!

Wonderful location on the water - safe for kids (age 6+) to swim on their own, within sight and sound of the house. Quiet and peaceful (on a panhandle property), with fabulous views from virtually every window, and lovely wind-sheltered balconies. Clean and comfortable house - light, bright and spacious. High quality fixtures are a nice touch, although the kitchen equipment is very basic ('antique' toaster not child-friendly, non-cordless kettle, electric stove/oven very slow, take your own sharp knives if you plan to do lots of cooking. Huge fridge/freezer, though.) The TV is also a little small for comfortable viewing by the whole family (but this is hardly a deal-breaker compared to the location of the house.) Bedrooms are all double/queen, but there were bunks in the largest room as well for the holiday season, which was a great advantage for us - confirm in advance if this is a requirement. The agent was friendly, efficient and helpful - a pleasure to deal with.

We loved everything about the house and will definitely be going back again. The views are absolutely awesome.
