The city of Rustenburg lies below the towering Magalies Mountains range and Sunset Ridge offers a picturesque view over the mountains and valley below. We are 20 minutes from the famous Sun City boasting the top golf course in South Africa. The Pilanesberg National Park adjoins the resort and is situated in an enormous crater formed by an ancient volcano.

We have nine large, elegant and fully equipped bedrooms reflecting a modern internal design. Enjoy our relaxed country comfort and hospitality with DStv, a swimming pool and lovely views. Delicious, substantial breakfasts are served and dinners are available on request.

A self-drive during the day at the Pilanesberg National Park is sure to reveal rhino, elephant, buffalo and many antelope species. Enjoy scenic hiking trails through the beautiful conservation area at Kgaswana Nature Reserve which is only a five-minute drive away. Many family restaurants are close by, with the Waterfall Mall shopping centre being conveniently located. An hour south-east of Rustenburg is one of the most remarkable fossil sites in the world. The Magalies World Heritage Site and the Cradle of Human kind have yielded some of the world's most important hominid finds.

We received a warm welcome from Felicty on arrival. The rooms was exactly as depicted on the internet, beautiful and spacious. Ivy's breakfast was delicious!

Met ons aankoms by Sunset Ridge is ons hartlik en vriendelik ontvang en ons het 'n pragige kamer gekry met n borrelbad. 'n 5 Ster ontbyt is vir ons voorgesit. Ek en my man het 5 Ster behandeling ontvang en sal enige tyd na Sunset Ridge toe gaan. Beveel ook hierdie gastehuis aan al ons vriende en familie aan. On arrival at Sunset Ridge we received a friendly and warm welcome. We had a beautiful room with a Jacuzzi. We were treated to a 5 Star breakfast and received 5 Star hospitality. we will return to Sunset Ridge anytime and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The views are beautiful, breakfasts are innovative and scrumptious, and attention to detail is impressive. Felicity, the owner, is a really warm and friendly person. Excellent value for money! We had two rooms one for me and hubby and one for our two boys. The rooms were really stunning, even better than the pictures and what I could imagine; it was so cosy and spacious. Both bathrooms were beautiful and very spacious. Our bathroom had a Jacuzzi and the boy’s room had a huge shower. Thanks for a wonderful stay we will surely be back!
