Outstanding situation -

The guest house has an outstanding situation, a very comfortable lounge and terrace.
However we would have liked to find someone at 4.30 p.m. when we arrived instead of having to wait one hour before being able to find someone.

We enjoyed our stay very much -

We spent ten days at the Sunset Beach Guest House. The room was comfortable and the views were fantastic. Each afternoon we saw whales in the bay from the bedroom window. The attitude of the owners and Ingamar, the chef, was exemplary in the way they served us, anticipating things that would help our stay to be even better. The breakfast was very substantial and the evening meal for our friends was wonderful. .

This authentic beach house is set on the idyllic dunes of Long Beach, Kommetjie. Although conveniently close to the Mother City, the atmosphere, even in peak-season when holiday resorts are bustling, is one of peaceful isolation.
The ultimate in luxury and comfort, Sunset Beach House provides a happy atmosphere, where sandy foot prints on the floor are welcome reminders that guests are at home.
The dunes, the beach, the ocean and sky are right on your doorstep.
