Our sunny patio is an ideal spot for breakfasts and evening sundowners and overlooks the large and inviting swimming pool. The area is quiet and well protected from the wind, an inviting setting for unwinding on those relaxing sunny summer days.
If you like the outdoors, take a stroll down the Sea Point Promenade, swim in the Olympic-size swimming pools or climb Lion's Head Mountain that towers in the background. If you are a sun-lover, the shopping type or simply appreciate fine food and wine, the buzz of the V&A Waterfront is a 10-minute drive away, as are the famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Drive to the city centre with ease; ideal for that business meeting or trip to Greenmarket Square.

Very nice accommodation. Very nice owner who is helpful. Great breakfast.
We had a very pleasant stay in Sundown Manor, the bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in Africa, the house is a credit to the owner and central to all the City. Keep up the good work, hopefully be back soon. Regards James Norhern Ireland
