Set in the rolling hills of the Khomas Hochland, less than 25 km from Windhoek and nestled in the heart of the Daan Viljoen National Game Park, lies Sun Karros Lifestyle Safaris.

Sun Karros offers guests a choice of staying in one of the fully equipped Chalets or 12 campsites. The Chalets are air-conditioned for comfort and furnished with comfortable double beds. Each Chalet also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only and the unit is equipped with a satellite TV. Guests can enjoy lovely views from the patios and private barbecue facilities are also available.

Each of the 12 campsites offers a barbecue area, electricity and lighting facilities. The ablution block is shared and consists of clean showers and toilets.

Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the Kraal and Boma Restaurant, do shopping at the Sun Karros Kiosk, and enjoy free Internet facilities at the reception area. In addition, visitors to Sun Karros will be treated to a wide range of indigenous wildlife species as they make use of the waterhole next to the campsite.

The green lawn of the campsite and the fotune we had of getting a shady spot made fo a very good camping experience. The ablutions are of great standard and the piece and tranquility is exceptional.

As an overnight on the way to Etosha and back it is perfect. Well organised, beautiful clean ablutions for camping. I will be back for sure.

Conference Venues: Sun Karros offers three conference venues for the business traveller, namely the Kudu, Gemsbok and Es. Guests have an option of boardroom or cinema-style seating, as well as full multimedia facilities.
