Located in the prime area of the Durban Beachfront. Its is a 2 bedroom, luxury fully equipped apartment. A mere 2 min walk to the beach, Suncoast Casino & Entertainment world, Snake Park, Fleamarkets, Ice-rink, Mosque, Movies, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Durbans Marine Parade. Less 1km to the ICC (International Convention Centre).
Has a beautiful pool in the complex, extremely secure with parking (optional extra). (satellite TV), Hi-fi, and all kitchen utensils, has a view of the sea.
