This two-bedroom luxury self-catering apartment is located in the prime area of the Durban Beachfront, a mere two-minute walk to the beach and within close proximity to the Suncoast Casino & Entertainment World, Snake Park, flea markets, the ice rink, a mosque, and several restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is also less than 1 km from the International Convention Centre.

The complex is extremely secure and has a beautiful swimming pool. Parking is also available as an optional extra. The apartment offers selected DStv and DVD, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Each room has a double bed, with an additional sleeper couch in the lounge, and the apartment has partial sea views.
