The apartment is also less than 1 km from the International Convention Centre.
The complex is extremely secure and has a beautiful swimming pool. Parking is also available as an optional extra. The apartment offers selected DStv and DVD, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Each room has a double bed, with an additional sleeper couch in the lounge, and the apartment has partial sea views.
