This French-style studio is located within three minutes’ walk from the rocks of The Point in Pringle Bay. This is ideal for a couple with a small child or two friends looking for that short breakaway.

The studio is an open-plan apartment with a double bed and a single bed in the lounge area. There is a kitchenette with a two-ring hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and an electric frying pan. The lounge has a TV with a DVD player and stereo. Local channels and two DStv channels are available. There is a small garden area to the side of the studio with a portable braai.

Only an hour’s drive from Cape Town, Pringle Bay offers an idyllic outdoor lifestyle which includes safe swimming; snorkelling around the many rock pools and crevices on the beach; diving for abalone, rock lobster and crayfish - although you will need a permit to do so - and amazing opportunities for birdwatching that include the sunbird, sugar bird and the African black oystercatcher.
