A bit about this place

Welcome to Squirrels Play on the Tokai Forest. This property boasts a well established fragrance garden in the front of the house, and out back is where the squirrels play and birds forage in your own large private indigenous garden. There is a modern style swimming pool to cool off in, surrounded by a large flowing entertainment area, and when you are done with all of that you might want to go for a leisurely stroll in the forest itself. The actual stand is a four bedroom family home (MES) with a TV in both the Main bedroom and lounge. There is a double automated garage and the property is situated in a CUL DE SAC so it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a study for those lazy days, and oh did we mention the direct access to the forest via our back gate so if walking and relaxing is what you are here for this is perfect base from which to explore the Mother City and her surrounds.
