Spring Tide Villa is situated on Thesen Islands in Knysna, which is an island in the famous Knysna Estuary. The estate has a gated entrance with 24-hour guarded access control. The tastefully furnished villa consists of two bedrooms fitted with queen-size beds and each with a deluxe en-suite bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bath.

Downstairs offers the kitchen, scullery, lounge and dining room as well as a guest bathroom and a private outdoor shower. The home has underfloor heating as well as a gas hot-rock fireplace. The kitchen and living areas are open-plan and flow onto the secluded deck and fully enclosed garden. The living area has a flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player.

A launch jetty for a boat is located less than 100 m away. The house is located close the the entrance of the estate and it is ideal for walking to the nearby Thesen Harbour town and Knysna Waterfront. Take a stroll to the top class restaurants, shops and boat trips. There is a private beach, flood-lit tennis courts, a squash court, a bird park and playground located within close proximity of the island.

We stayed at Spring Tide Villa for 2 weeks for a family holiday and it was absolutely fantastic. The house and garden are picture perfect, very comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Our boys aged 7 and 9 years also loved it. Michelle was a brilliant host, attentive but not hovering unnecessarily. Thesen Islands itself is beautiful and perfectly located to explore the Garden Route from. We wanted to stay forever. I wholeheartedly recommend the house without any reservations.

We rented the villa for a month in February. The decor is very stylish and attractive. The crockery, culery, kitchenware etc. supplied was exceptional. Very comfortable furniture both inside and out. Michele, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Sun and shade all day. We would recommend it.

The accommodation is excellent. The house is spotless and everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided. Michelle and Bernard went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome. Our stay at Spring Tide Villa was absolutely fabulous. The stunningly furnished and fitted interiors and exteriors lends itself to the ultimate getaway without having to sacrifice the finer things in life. It is an exquisite home owned by wonderful people (Michelle and Bernard) who pride themselves on making EVERY part of your stay a delightfully memorable one.

The arrangements and facilitation were professionally handled and welcoming. Spring Tide Villa is perfectly positioned and the villa is safe, spacious, clean and decorated for comfort and luxury. We enjoyed great braais and sundowners on the deck, a lovely entertainment area... Many perfect walks and cycling with pathways covering the Island.
