Spatalla features two main entertainment areas each with their own, unique atmosphere for the different climatic conditions that the Overberg is so well known for. The residence has a central entertainment system that plays your choice of music throughout the house and includes Apple TV, a DVD player, and HD DStv. The downstairs entertainment area consists of an open-plan lounge, dining room, kitchen area, and a cigar lounge which leads onto the rim-flow swimming pool, garden and deck area. Downstairs you will find an indoor gas barbecue, wine chiller, bar fridge, ice-maker, outdoor chess set, and an outdoor patio with loungers, guaranteeing a total state of relaxation. Turn on the music and lay next to the pool with the splash of water in the background.

The upstairs entertainment area consists of a reader's lounge with its own mini-library, indoor fireplace with barbecue facilities, and a bar area that opens onto the grass covered balcony. Here you can sip on a glass of wine and enjoy a spectacular array of scenery and endless views of the surrounding mountains and coastal area.

The double garage has direct entrance to the house and Spatalla features a 24-hour armed response, as well as a full alarm system ensuring peace of mind. The property also has a back-up generator to provide electricity in the event of a power outage, and Wi-Fi facilities are provided to keep connected to the outside world.

Spatalla caters for the energetic and leisurely alike. Go golfing, horse riding, crayfishing or shark cage diving, or simply sit back and relax with one of the delicious local wines and a great book on the beach.
