Soverby at Schonenberg is located between Somerset West and Strand, just off the R44, across the road from the Lord Charles Hotel. The houses are also ideally situated next to Waterstone Village and Somerset Mall, offering a variety of restaurants and shops to choose from. Soverby at Schonenberg is located within a security complex, less than 6 km drive away from Strand Beach and within close proximity to several golf courses and wine farms.

Accommodation comprises three new fully furnished self-catering houses, each tastefully furnished with upmarket décor. Each house contains three bedrooms with a choice of double or single beds, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities. The lounges are comfortably yet elegantly decorated with colours that create a calm and peaceful mood, where guests can relax in front of the large LCD TV and enjoy satellite TV.
