Owner Armin will give you a hearty welcome and spoils guests with a traditional South African braai under the stars. He will also arrange local excursions such as wine testing, game tours, and golfing trips. At your request, we can arrange rental cars, bicycles, trained tour guides, and township tours or reserve a table for you in one of the beautiful local restaurants.

Definitely value for money !

We arrived late after a delayed flight - no problem ! We were welcomed, made to feel at home and spent a relaxing hour chilling out by the pool. Fabulous breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, very well kept establishment with very friendly & accommodating owner & staff. I have travelled a lot and I must say this place stands out as one I will remember.

We were very impressed with the accommodation. The breakfast was wonderful and Armin went out of his way to accommodate us. We will definitely recommend Somer Place and have let all our family and friends know that they can recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area!
