The Sandcastle has been designed and built with sensitivity to the environment and to the needs of the most discerning clients; this exceptional property offers the utmost in luxurious accommodation, unsurpassed views and the epitome of out of Africa, living with its African Adobe and design.

The three reception rooms, with easy flow, take full advantage of this property's position with its magnificent views of the coast and valleys. Throughout Sandcastle the design, furniture and fittings are all of an exceptional standard and authenticity. The pieces of African artwork at Sandcastle have been collected from many diverse countries in Africa, Cameroon, Nigeria, Mali, and Kenya to name but a few.

The open kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment includes electric ovens and hob as well as a gas grill and two gas plates. There is a large walk-in cold room and freezer. The lounge area with its walk-in bar and open fireplace located in a sunken conversation pit creates ideal atmosphere for all seasons. The games room has a home theatre with the latest in audiovisual technology, including a 62-inch screen with satellite, DVD, video and Nicam stereo surround-sound.

The central courtyard with a small, heated plunge pool and a pizza oven provides a delightful retreat for windy days. The outside entertainment areas include a covered patio overlooking the large heated spill over swimming pool and offers 180-degree view of the ocean.

What an experience to relax in luxury by the pool and watch the Bottle Nosed dolphins as they frolic on the shoreline, or from August to January enjoy the privilege of viewing the majestic Southern Right whales pass by.

The COMPLETE VILLA for one week MINIMUMX 1

The two end bedrooms are en suite, each with king size beds and air conditioning. The two center bedrooms are each furnished with two three quarter beds and are also both en suite and air-conditioned. The family suite provides accommodation for four additional people in two bedrooms with king size bed and the other with two three quarter beds, one large bathroom with walk-in shower and a large lounge with kitchenette.
The rate will vary depending on the number of people more than four, length of stay and time of year
Rates vary from R70,000 per week for up to 4 persons in low season outside of school holidays. Rates are always subject to a personal discussion with the renter before quoting.
Rates are quoted for the hire of the complete Villa including :
