There are three bedrooms: The main bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Cupboards in the bedrooms are spacious enough for golf clubs, other sporting equipment and all those extras that you would like to bring along. Individually controlled heated panels are in all bedrooms. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.
Two bathrooms in travertine finishes are both equipped with shower, bath, toilet and heated towel rails. The en-suite bathroom has a mini spa bath.
In the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen you will find the following: solid Cherry wood cupboards, a plasma screen TV with DSTV, DVD, CD player with surround sound, a dining table that seats eight and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Under floor heating is fitted in the kitchen area. Parking for two vehicles are provided in a secure parking garage in the basement with a remote controlled garage door.
