Situated in the heart of the Garden Route, with direct access to the pristine Keurbooms Beach, Sand Dunes is the perfect beach resort. Keurbooms Beach is renowned for its natural beauty and this expansive stretch of coastline is an eco haven ideal for long walks on the beach.

The chalets have stunning views of the bay, with the sounds and scent of the ocean as continuous company. Home to numerous marine creatures, Keurbooms Beach is a haven for marine life including Humpback whales, Brydes whales, Southern Right whales, Common dolphins, Bottlenose dolphins, pelagic birds and occasionally even a chance sighting of an Orca. Bottlenose dolphins frolic off the resort daily, and in whale season one can hear the call of the whales from the chalets. A boardwalk down to the beach from the chalets provides easy access, while the viewing deck is ideal for sundowners.

There is a wonderful Italian restaurant in the nearby village situated on the beach which is family friendly and has a large selection of dishes on their menu including excellent seafood. Also nearby is a deli, with fresh daily produce and mouth-watering temptations. The prestigious town of Plettenberg Bay is just eight minutes' drive away, offering unspoilt bathing beaches, exclusive boutiques, health spas, and a superb variety of restaurants.

The Garden Route is an adventure seeker's paradise boasting a variety of adventures, from high adrenalin to serene enjoyment of our beautiful environment. There are also a number of superb golf courses in Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, and the surrounds. Sand Dunes is an excellent base from which to explore the Garden Route which is a popular tourist destination.

The chalets are situated on the beach and are extremely spacious, with upmarket décor in a distinctive beach flavour and all the comforts and luxuries to ensure a pleasurable stay. The mezzanine level boasts a front deck with stunning views of the bay, as well as two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is sea-facing, while the other faces the indigenous coastal forest. The master bedroom with full bathroom is situated upstairs and features a deck with sea views.
