Description

This self-catering house, which sleeps 10 guests and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, one row of houses above Llandudno beach. It consists of four inside bedrooms and one outside room. bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite with shower, basin and WC, bedroom 2 has two three-quarter beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedroom 4 has a double bed, bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.

The outside room has a single bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC, TV room with satellite, DVD, VCR, Hi-Fi and CD. There is a large spacious lounge and dining room for eight-seater Oregon pine table, which leads out onto front patio, garden and entertainment area, with comfortable couch/beds, 10-seater table with parasols and view of sea.

A guest toilet with bath and shower, kitchen which has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a swimming pool 8m x 4m in back garden is enclosed with child proof fencing, there are comfortable loungers, a garden table and chairs and thatch umbrella.

There is a domestic, who is included in the rental Mondays to Fridays, the property is fully fenced and surrounded by hedge and trees and alarmed with off-street parking, a study, telephone, and safe. There are barbecue facilities available and children welcome.
