It consists of 4 inside bedrooms and 1 outside room
bedroom 1 – double bed & en-suite with shower, basin & WC, bedroom 2 – 2 ¾ beds, bedroom 3 – double bed, bedroom 4 – double bed, bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share bathroom with bath, shower, basin & WC.
The outside room – single bed with en-suite shower, basin & WC, TV room with Satellite, DVD, VCR, Hi-Fi & CD. There is a large spacious lounge & dining room (8-seater Oregon pine table)which leads out onto front patio, garden & entertainment area, with comfortable couch / beds, 10-seater table with parasols and view of sea.
A guest toilet with bath & shower, kitchen which has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine & dishwasher, a swimming pool (8m x 4m) in back garden is enclosed with child proof fencing, there are comfortable loungers, a garden table and chairs & thatch umbrella.
There is a domestic which is included in the rental (Mon to Fri), the property is fully fenced & surrounded by hedge & trees and alarmed with
off-street parking., a study, telephone, safe.
There are barbeque facilities available and children welcome.
