Sam’s Giardino is an intimate green oasis on Namibia’s central Skeleton Coast for individual travellers and small groups. With its eight comfortable rooms, interesting kaleidoscope of amenities and services fit for any larger hotel, as well as with personalised hospitality in legendary Swiss tradition our guesthouse caters for holiday visitors who seek stimulating relaxation.
Apart from an extensive breakfast buffet, our restaurant offers an optional served gourmet dinner menu daily, with 5 courses and a selection of exquisite Cape wines to go with each to choose from. In your twin or double bed room overlooking the Giardino garden, numerous conveniences and natural materials ensure that you start each day in Swakopmund refreshed, after a good night’s rest. Each room can accommodate a third family member in a single bed, and our restaurant caters for children and special dietary requirements as well by prior arrangement. Safe on-site parking and laundry services are also provided for, and we will be happy to meet your additional requirements on request.

Location: Sam's Giardino is located in Swakopmund's quiet upmarket residential suburb of Kramersdorf, just 10 minutes' walking distance from beaches, town centre, shops and many places of interest for sightseeing.
Beach: Sam's Giardino is situated only a 10-minute walk from Swakopmund's main beaches where restaurants, craft markets, the aquarium and the historic town centre can be found nearby.
Great Outdoors: The central Skeleton Coast is a treasure trough for the active holiday traveller. Namib Desert excursions, sports of any kind, marine cruises, horseback rides, quad biking, birding, scenic flights and much more are on offer in and around Swakopmund.
Historical & Cultural: Swakopmund dates back to the early days of German-colonial settlement in south-western Africa, some 120 years ago. Grand architecture and monuments from that era can be found all over town, wonderfully preserved up to this day.
